Neil Armstrong MS Building Remodel Phase 2 (2025)

 

In 2024, phase 1 of building renovations was completed in the front portion of the building that included seismic and security upgrades, as well as a new entry vestibule and reception area. Outdoor improvements added synthetic turf to the field, and a covered PE area enabled all-weather use.

 

Phase 2 renovations in 2025 will be made in the back half of the building that include seismic and HVAC upgrades, restroom updates, and gym floor replacement. The roof will be updated. Lights will be added to the turf field. New paint and signage will finish the project.
