2023-2024 School Board Meetings

All meetings are held at the District Office unless otherwise noted on the agenda

There are three ways to provide public comment.

Appear in person.  Fill out a comment card PRIOR to the start of the meeting.

(Cards will be available at the front table in the meeting room.)

 

 

Live via Zoom. Fill out this form AND register for Zoom HERE by 3:00 p.m. the day of the meeting.

Provide a written comment to be read by district staff.  Fill out this form by 3:00 p.m. the day of the meeting.

In keeping with board protocols, you will have three minutes to deliver your comment.  If commenting via Zoom, our staff will read your name and connect your video to the meeting.

Time allotted for public comment during a meeting will be 20 minutes as per board policy. In the event of a large number of submitted comments, the board chair may adjust the time allocated to each individual.  Groups with similar comments are asked to select one spokesperson.

Public criticism or a complaint about school district personnel is not allowed.

Work Sessions are held to engage in dialogue and discuss specific topics in greater depth.  Work sessions are open to the public but comments are not taken.
 
Regular Sessions are held to conduct district business. Regular sessions are open to the public and there is a place on the agenda for the board to hear public comment.
 
Executive Sessions are closed meetings of the board and are not open to the public.
