Neil Armstrong MS Building Remodel Phase 2 (2025)

 

In 2024, phase 1 of building renovations was completed in the front portion of the building that included seismic and security upgrades, as well as a new entry vestibule and reception area. Outdoor improvements added synthetic turf to the field, and a covered PE area enabled all-weather use.

 

Phase 2 renovations in 2025 will be made in the back half of the building that include: seismic and HVAC upgrades; updates to 13 restrooms as well as the gym and commons restrooms; and gym floor replacement. The roof will be updated. Lights will be added to the turf field. New paint and signage for wayfinding will finish the project.
