If your child is not automatically enrolled and you believe your child is eligible, you will need to fill out a simple application that will be available starting in summer 2024. Please be sure to check the Summer EBT website at sebt.oregon.gov for more updates. When applying, you will be asked to provide your child’s name, school, date of birth and address.
