Open Enrollment Is Required This Year

Everyone must log in to OEBBenroll.com between Aug. 15 and 5 pm on Sept. 9 and make their selections during Open Enrollment. This includes:

  • Making plan selections
  • Adding or dropping a dependent
  • Updating your personal information or beneficiaries
  • Enrolling as a new hire

If you don’t submit elections during Open Enrollment, your current medical, dental, and vision coverage will end on September 30, 2025.

Remember, Open Enrollment is the one time each year you can make changes to your plans or dependents without a Qualified Status Change (QSC).
