Motivation and Experience

2. School Board service is volunteer-based and requires a prioritization of time to attend board meetings and additional meetings that occur throughout a given month. While we are able to be flexible and try our best to schedule meetings that can accommodate everyone’s schedules, the evening board meetings are set on the calendar and board members are expected to prepare, attend, and be engaged. In an average month, it may be about 15-20 hours of volunteer work. How are you planning to prioritize this commitment?*
